I don’t typically give 5 stars to anything, but this place is amazing! The waiting room is clean and calm in a comfortable way instead of a stiff way. It feels like you can sit and relax while you wait. The decoration is beautiful and the walls are a nice color. It feels like home! It’s so comfy it feels like it’s not a dentistry. The staff are nice and offer you amenities! I feel like a queen even though I’m just getting my teeth checked!

I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to read the 1-star reviews before making an appointment, as many describe experiences similar to mine. At my initial appointment, I was told they accepted my Delta Dental insurance and that everything at that visit would be covered. However, I later received a text message stating that I would be receiving a bill in the mail for charges I owed. I was never informed that anything performed during my appointment would not be covered by my insurance. During my visit, staff also attempted to perform a gum/bacterial breath test without explaining that it carried an $80 fee. The only reason I knew about the cost was because my husband had previously been offered the same test and had told me about it. Had I not already known, I would have unknowingly consented to an additional charge. Throughout the appointment, there was constant pressure to pursue Invisalign treatment. I also noticed multiple reviews from other patients describing similar experiences, including feeling pressured into extensive treatment plans and deep cleanings. I cannot recommend Dr. Susan Dennis and her incredible team enough! From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Dennis is an absolute expert. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, answer questions, and tailor treatment plans to my specific needs. Her attention to detail and gentle approach make even the most complex procedures completely stress-free.

Update: 02/19/2026 Had my 2nd perio appt today, with Sara. Sara was amazing! She is the first dental person/doctor in all my dental history, to make my experience the least painful using the least amount of pain medication, ever. Sara was very gentle and made my experience more peaceful! Thank you, Sara! Nov 2025: Great staff! Great location! Gentle care! Welcoming and kind! I am just starting my dental journey here, I am already at ease and looking forward to my next visit!

Having just moved to this area and I hadn't yet gotten a new dentist yet. When I chipped my front tooth, my next door neighbor recommended this office. They got me in within 2 hours of calling. The building is adorable and located in a woodsy area so that you can watch wildlife outside as you sit in the chair. They have cutting edge, mind blowing technology with their own lab that make the crowns while you wait. No need to make temporaries and return later for the permanents. I can't begin to say how impressed I was by the service! I thought the bill would be really high given how many things were done over more than 90 minutes. I got out for a tiny fraction of what I expected!!! I am thrilled to have found this practice!
